Buying tips
Glove weight depends on your body weight and use: lighter gloves for bag work, heavier ones for sparring. Always wrap your hands, and keep gloves dry with deodorizers so they last longer. Shin guards should stay in place when you move, and a mouthguard is essential for any contact.
