A 70-inch freestanding bag for teens and adults, supplied with boxing gloves. It suits beginners training boxing, kickboxing or Muay Thai at home.
What we like
- Freestanding: no drilling into the ceiling
- Gloves included
- Tall, about 178 cm, for teens and adults
Worth noting
- US sizing: check the size chart before ordering.
- The base must be filled with water or sand, which makes it heavy to move.
- Hard punches can make it rock or slide.
Buying tips
Glove weight depends on your body weight and use: lighter gloves for bag work, heavier ones for sparring. Always wrap your hands, and keep gloves dry with deodorizers so they last longer. Shin guards should stay in place when you move, and a mouthguard is essential for any contact.
